Questions
A business website usually takes one to two weeks once we have your details and photos. An online shop takes longer because card payments need a merchant account, which can take a few weeks to approve.
For a .ae domain and for card payments, yes. A .com domain and a simple website don't need one.
On an online shop, yes, from your own dashboard. On a business website, send the change on WhatsApp. Changes are included in a care plan.
We quote per business after a short chat. You get the build price and the care plan price in writing before we start.

BIN ATEEJ Web Design is based in Dubai, UAE. This policy covers web.binateej.com. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, mobile number, and if you choose to add them, your business name, email and a message. We also keep the date and a short record of the request so we can stop spam.
To reply to you about the website or service you asked about, and to prepare a quote. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with anyone else.
Requests are stored in our own database on Cloudflare and sent to our business email. Only BIN ATEEJ Web Design staff can see them.
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as we work together and as required for invoices and accounts.

Terms
The short version of how we work together. Each project also gets a written quote with its own terms.
Every project starts with a written quote. Work starts once the quote is accepted and the deposit is paid.
Websites: 50% to start and 50% before launch. Online shops and custom systems: 40% to start, 40% at preview and 20% at launch. Invoices are due within 7 days.
The quote states how many rounds of changes are included. A round is one list of changes sent together. Extra rounds and new features are priced separately.
Your domain, hosting, data and content are yours and sit in your own accounts. Once the build is paid in full, you can ask for the full website files at any time.
Support after launch follows the Care plans page and your quote. Care plans renew automatically. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Stopping a plan never takes your website offline.
Payment gateways, delivery companies, domain registrars and hosting providers have their own terms and fees, which you agree to with them directly.
